2020 3rd International Conference on Hot Information-Centric Networking (HotICN 2020) will be held on December 12-14, 2020,  in University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei,  Anhui, China

     The HotICN aims to gather experts and scholars from home and abroad in this field to discuss the architecture, key technologies, innovative ideas, future development trends and industry prospects of information centric networks and its related fields such as blockchain, knowledge graph, etc. The conference committee invites submissions of applied or theoretical research as well as of application-oriented papers on all the topics of IEEE HotICN 2020.

     This is the third HotICN; the second was held in Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications on December 13-15, 2019 and the first one was held in Shenzhen on August 17-19, 2018, hosted by the Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School.
